My Services
Assessment
I provide neuropsychological and educational assessment for children, teens, and adults to help bring clarity around learning differences, ADHD, autism, and mental health challenges. This process involves cognitive testing (IQ), processing measures (memory, auditory, attention/executive functioning, etc.), specific mental health/behavioral characteristics, and at times academic testing. Additionally, an assessment is more than a set of scores—it’s a way to understand the “why” behind certain struggles or behaviors. Sometimes, assessments also help uncover what may be blocking progress in therapy, giving us clearer direction on where to focus moving forward. I love diving deep to help you understand who you are, where challenges may be rooted, and what steps forward might look like.
Whether or not you’re looking for a formal diagnosis, the process can provide valuable insight, practical recommendations, and tools that make a real difference in daily life. I’m not someone who insists that we always need a diagnosis—but I also know that, at times, having a name for what you’re experiencing can feel healing, validating, and clarifying. Beyond identifying challenges, I also highlight strengths so that you walk away not only with answers, but with hope, direction, and a deeper understanding of how to reach your potential.
Additionally, I am more than happy to coordinate care with others that are involved in your (or your child’s) life, such as work, school, a therapist, or doctor.
Therapy
I provide individual, couples, and family sessions, depending on your needs. I also offer extended length sessions for EMDR/trauma treatment.
When you come to therapy with me, you can expect a calm and welcoming space where you don’t have to face life’s struggles on your own. I believe my role isn’t to hand you all the answers, but to ask the kinds of questions that help you discover your own clarity and direction. I can’t promise that challenges will disappear completely, but I can promise that you’ll have someone beside you, helping you carry the weight.
My goal is to create a space where you (or your partner or family) feel truly seen and heard, without judgment. I believe you already hold the answers within yourself, and my role is to help you uncover them. I value the therapeutic relationship above all else, because when there’s trust, real change can happen. When I work with partners or families, we focus on connection, communication, and addressing challenges in a collaborative way.
I draw from approaches like CBT, DBT, attachment-based and trauma-focused therapies, somatic work, and EMDR—but what I’ve found matters most is the connection we build. Therapy is about working together to find what feels right and helpful for you (and/or your family). Sometimes that means structured tools and strategies; other times it means slowing down, reflecting, and simply being heard. However it takes shape, we’ll figure it out together.
Consultation
I offer consultation for individuals, families, and professionals seeking support around learning differences, ADHD, autism, and related challenges. For caregivers, I provide guidance on understanding and supporting your family member’s unique needs with compassion and practical strategies. For individuals, I can help you gain clarity, identify strengths, and develop tools to better navigate school, work, and daily life.
For professionals, I offer consultation to help you work more effectively and confidently with clients or students, bridging knowledge with real-world strategies. My goal is always to provide insight, resources, and approaches that feel supportive, realistic, and tailored to your specific situation.
