Assessment
I provide assessment for children, teens, and adults to help bring clarity around learning differences, ADHD, autism, and mental health challenges. An assessment is more than a set of scores—it’s a way to understand the “why” behind certain struggles or behaviors. Sometimes, assessments also help uncover what may be blocking progress in therapy, giving us clearer direction on where to focus moving forward. Whether or not you’re looking for a formal diagnosis, the process can provide valuable insight, practical recommendations, and tools that make a real difference in daily life. Beyond identifying challenges, I also highlight strengths so that you walk away not only with answers, but with hope, direction, and a deeper understanding of how to reach your potential.
Consultation
I offer consultation for individuals, families, and professionals seeking support around learning differences, ADHD, autism, and related challenges. For caregivers, I provide guidance on understanding and supporting your family member’s unique needs with compassion and practical strategies. For individuals, I can help you gain clarity, identify strengths, and develop tools to better navigate school, work, and daily life.
For professionals, I offer consultation to help you work more effectively and confidently with clients or students, bridging knowledge with real-world strategies. My goal is always to provide insight, resources, and approaches that feel supportive, realistic, and tailored to your specific situation.
When you come to therapy with me, you can expect a calm and welcoming space where you don’t have to go through life’s struggles on your own. My role isn’t to hand you all the answers, but to ask the kinds of questions that help you discover your own clarity and direction. I can’t promise that challenges will disappear completely—because that’s not how life works—but I can promise that you’ll have someone beside you, helping you carry the weight.
I draw from approaches like EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), attachment theory, and somatic approaches, but what I’ve found matters most is the connection we build. Therapy is about working together to find what feels right and helpful for you (and your family, if that’s part of your journey). Sometimes that means structured tools and strategies; other times it means slowing down, reflecting, and simply being heard. However it takes shape, we’ll figure it out together.
