Therapy, Assessment, and Consultation

Welcome— glad you’re here. Finding the right support can feel overwhelming, and my hope is that I can make it less so!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Educational Psychologist, and I work with individuals, families, and other professionals. Sometimes that looks like therapy, sometimes it’s assessment to better understand learning or social-emotional challenges, and other times it’s consultation, education, or support around next steps.

You might be here because you want to understand yourself, your child, or your family a little better. Maybe you’re looking for ways to grow, or you’ve been carrying the weight of past experiences and are ready to begin healing. My passion is helping people make sense of their story—where difficulties may come from, what they mean, and how to move forward in a way that feels lighter and more hopeful.

No matter what brings you in, I want the process to feel collaborative, supportive, and empowering.

I’d love to hear your story. And if you’re curious to know a little more about mine, please visit my About Me page.

Services

I offer a range of services that can be tailored to what you or your family need most, knowing those needs may change over time.

A psychological assessment is a formal evaluation process that can help bring clarity around different challenges. The most common assessments I conduct are centered around learning differences, ADHD, autism, and mental health concerns, uncovering not just scores but the “why” behind struggles and highlighting strengths.

Therapy provides a calm, supportive space to explore challenges, heal, and grow, drawing from various methodologies, such as cognitive behavioral, somatic, EMDR, and narrative therapy, while keeping our connection at the center.

Consultation offers guidance for individuals, families, and professionals seeking strategies and insight for navigating diverse needs with confidence and compassion. Sometimes I work with families across all three areas, blending them into a collaborative process of understanding, connection, and growth.
